Looked at a cruise online with TUI went into my local branch of hays travel and they matched it and got cheaper airport parking

Best staff at Ashington
I always try to use the same lady she knows so well and is brilliant at her job. HT has to be the best agent in our area , I’ve been in some travel agents who seem too stuffy and don’t make me feel as welcome.

I was making enquiry ref a cruise, I was given all the information I requested, and given time too go away and discuss cost with my partner, I then called to book my holiday, Sharon was very patient with my enquiry to book my own cabin, and assisted me with doing so.
I am always happy to book my holidays with Hayd

Hays is our go to travel agent, always!
We were greeted by an apprentice, who was friendly and anything she wasn’t sure of she was supported by her colleagues. She booked our flights and parking and was typical of the lovely staff we always meet at Hays.
