Friendly, courteous and professional.
Lauren welcomed us personally, listened intently, and then delivered exactly what we were looking for in terms of the full suite of Airport, Aeroplane Seats, Dates, Resort, Hotel, Package and Standard of Room. It was a seamless, transparent and faultless process!
We have absolute confidence in the staff at Hays Travel Aylsham. We have booked many holidays with them in the past and envisage booking many more in the future!

So sam was my holiday lady! Once in a lifetime trip for us to florida..sam was amazing from start to finsh nothing was to much trouble..for that reasom i travelled to aylsham branch just for her..anyone who has sam sorting there holidays are very lucky..amazing lady !
