Louise, AKA Emma, was an excellent salesperson. Her personal knowledge of the cruise simply piqued my interest and little details she emparted added to my enthusiasm. Even knowing my cabin number in advance was a new experience! Louise even looked into getting details on my travelling from home to rosyth which was above and beyond. Many thanks

Excellent Service
