Donna has has built a great team
Donna has has built a great team. Made my visit relaxing and even fun. There knowledge is excellent. Got my money exchanged and even checked in for my flights. Came away with a great deal. First time solo travelling.
I used to teach customer care and I can safely say the Ballymena team are a credit to Hayes Travel.

Staff were very friendly
Staff were very friendly, courteous and friendly. I explained the type of holiday which I was looking for and the staff went out of their way to get me sorted with one which suited me best, at the right time of year and within my budget.
