Staff members Donna and Kellie very pleasant, helpful and honest in their assessment of the hotels we had selected and provided us with information on other accommodation that my wife and me selected knowing they had the experience received from other customers that suited us better in the area we had chosen to holiday in, thanks to both of them 👍🌴👍🌴

Staff are so friendly and welcoming
The atmosphere in store is so welcoming and all the staff are so friendly and helpful especially Donna and Stef. Both spend time planning our first trip visit to South Africa.

Once again Hays Travel Ballymena provided me with friendly and professional advice. The staff are always so helpful when choosing a holiday. This time I dealt with Shanice who is another of their wonderful staff members.

Steph and Amy were very friendly, kind, and gave us all their time to book our perfect holiday. Spoke with my children and listened to our needs to book our perfect holiday. Highly recommend nothing is too much bother to them. Great girls , knowledgeable in their job.
