Staff were very helpful and efficient

I booked our holiday with Hays Trvel after very good friends of ours had called into the shop. Our friends contacted us with the holiday details and said they were going ahead with the booking. All I had to do was contact Chloe, give her my details, and our friends name,as my friends had mentioned that we may also wish to book. I asked for exactly the same booking details. It took about 15 minutes. I received all holiday documents by emailed once I had paid the deposit.

I received flights for my proposed holiday in France by email the following day. I would have been happier if the cost had been included. My return visit was dealt with by a friendly member of staff who corrected this error.
I was disappointed by the slow internet speed which meant that the printouts took much longer to acquire that I expected from an efficient company.

Due to recent situation in Middle East my holiday was cancelled but Hays arranged to reschedule. All done by email which was great & each email promptly replied to.

Amy in the Ballymena branch is just incredible! She listened to everything we wanted for a Disney family holiday, looked at every choice and helped me make a decision. I booked there and then. All the girls were full of so much knowledge and little snippets of information to help make our holiday even more special.
