Didn't feel pushed to buy…
It was great being able to speak in Welsh. Leah was fantastic. She knew exactly what we were looking for as a family of four.
We felt very relaxed and NOT pushed to buy the holiday.
Leah answered all the questions we had.
We will be going back to book our next holiday with them.

I had an amazing experience booking through the travel agency in Bangor, especially thanks to Leah! From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, friendly, and full of helpful advice. Leah took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted from my holiday and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free.
She found great deals that suited my budget and gave me tips and recommendations that really made a difference to my trip. It’s clear she genuinely cares about making sure her customers are happy and confident with their bookings.

Previously we had used Hays to book a holiday for us and we were recommended a holiday that was exactly what we wanted, which we enjoyed very much.
Therefore we returned to book another holiday as the travel agents listen to what we wanted and fulfilled our wishes. We were offered several options from which to choose.
