This will be my 5th trip to New Zealand now and each time it has been Sarah Pope at the Bangor branch in North Wales that has organised it once again for me . Nothing is too much trouble for her . Apprentice Member of Staff. It was pleasing that Hays are employing a Young Apprentice in the Bangor Shop. We were only her third Booking which she mastered quite well with regular back-up from more experienced members of staff. We offered her some advice after completion and congratulated her on how she had handled our complicated booking.

Friendly and helpful
Friendly and helpful. I went with my 3 year old in tow to book a mini getaway for my husbands 40th. They helped keep my child entertained whilst I tried booking.
