Lovely experience booking holiday with corrine
Talking to corrine was very nice she was really helpful seemed to know just what we wanted from our holiday she had visited the destination to which were looking to book so could offer good advice on things to do felt very relaxed when speaking to her and she was extremely patient when we were trying to make payment 😊

Brilliant service
Tracy was very knowledgeable and efficient and did exactly what I asked. She was able to advise and identify the right flights for us. This reassured us that with the backing of Hays, we had a good deal and peace of mind that everything was above board. I would not have been comfortable booking long haul flights direct online.
Tracy was recommended by a friend who had found her to be helpful above and beyond.

Amazing customer service 5 star!
Staff are extremely knowledgeable, but also have excellent customer service skills. Corinne and Madison from the Barnsley branch both went about and beyond! We had heard that Hays Travel was a really good option and thought we would visit the store. When presented with a list of requirements Corinne surpassed them and although not working on the day we finalise the holiday, she chased things up while off and she passed us onto Madison who was just as helpful. We would highly recommend Hays Travel Barnsley and will use them for our next holiday!
