Brilliant service
Brilliant service, nothing was too much trouble. Found the holiday we were looking for. Really really pleased with the service we received. Would absolutely recommend hays travel. Shout out to Maddison who went beyond to help us find exactly what we were looking for.

Friendly and helpful
The travel consultant Shelley was very friendly and made me feel welcome. She printed off all my travel documents and luggage labels for my forthcoming cruise , which is a big help. I also booked another cruise with her whilst I was there and she was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Specific holiday
We went in with a very specific holiday, Debbie looked into it without hesitation and everything fell into place holiday booked, she then phoned me later to say she had booked the coach for the travel to Southampton.
