Always very helpful staff
Always very helpful staff, they go out of their way to may sure they get the right product for you. I bok a lot of Alfa holidays and Molly at Barrow makes sure she gets what I want. I would recommend Hays travel to anyone.

Sophie was very accommodating and knowledgeable recommending our holiday and places to visit. I kept changing my mind and being indecisive but nothing was too much trouble until she found us the perfect multi centre trip.

Helpful, patient and friendly.
I need to travel abroad to visit family. Booking flights was a task I could do online but I have recently lost my confidence. I was reassured by the helpful, patient and friendly way the staff booked my flights and airport hotel. They showed patience and understanding. I will certainly be using Hays Travel again.

I got my holiday sorted very quick.
I got my holiday sorted quite quickly. I go to the same Hotel in the same Country, so my advisor just had to book everything for me, which he did very efficiently.
