Adam was amazing helping me book my cruise. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Very accommodating of all my questions and I had a lot. This was my first time using Hays Travel and it womt be my last. Just brilliant.

The staff are very helpful and efficient at Hay's travel in Barry Vale of Glamorgan, nothing was too much trouble. I'll always go there to book my holidays. The booking was quick also they sorted out a return transfer at a reasonable price.

Christmas Cruise.
I visited the Hays branch in Barry and met Donna who gave me help with a P&O Christmas cruise. She was so welcoming and friendly and gave me all the options available before making a booking.
Thanks to Donna I can now look forward to a warm and sunny christmas on board The Azura!
