‘Stellar Service’
My friends and I called into the Barry shop to see what was available for us, we had some ideas on where we would like to look at and the relevant dates. Tayla who served us was so helpful and found so many options for us and went through all the details which made it easier for us to make a decision. Cannot fault Tayla and the other staff there, everyone was so welcoming and would certainly recommend Hays Travel.

You sent me information as soon as I booked, the next day you sent me an email saying log in to find out more information. So when I log in a message comes up saying, we were unable to validate the details you provided, please try again or call us for more details. I don’t know how long you have to give it but 48 hours later and I still can’t log in.

I haven’t received my initial booking confirmation and proof of deposit. I also can’t get into the portal as it says it is unable to validate the details. Very disappointing
