A very pleasant experience and very helpful staff

Went into the shop to enquire about a holiday for myself. Was greeted by Megan who was so helpful in finding the perfect place for me to go. She made me feel relaxed and under no pressure.

Mo was very professional and sorted me out everything I needed.

We booked a cruise with Mo of Hays Basildon Branch on 19/08/2026 as usual all went smoothly.
Not only did we book one cruise, but came out with "2" !!!
Mo is a very friendly and helpful lady, all the staff are, it's always a pleasure to go in to the branch when we decide that we want to go on holiday.

Visiting this branch was such a lovely experience. Rosie was excellent and very knowledgeable. We had a unique enquiry and Rosie was very patient. Her communication with us inbetween was excellent and she made sure we found exactly what we were looking for.

We book the majority of our holidays at Hays in the Eastgate Centre at Basildon. I find the staff, especially Mo, friendly & helpful. Last time I popped in to book a holiday Mo was on holiday herself, so it was Claire that helped. She got me just what I wanted. 5* all the way. Thanks ladies.

Really good service, came with my partner, unsure of where exactly we wanted to go. We just had a list of nice countries, our adviser helped us narrow down and explore all the options after a couple hours of questioning we found what best suited us and for the dates we had off, they was all really helpful, all the staff was friendly and the ones who had been to our destination before even gave us plenty of advice.

Once again the staff at Hays were professional, helpful and very knowledgeable of the holiday I wanted to book.
