The experience i had visiting your bebington branch was brilliant. Daisy who dealt with me was really helpful and patient. We are a party of 9, 5 adults and 4 children age ranging 13 - 2. Trying to find somewhere that will please everyone can be very difficult. Daisy sourced quite a few options for us to look at. When we finally as a family agreed on a place to go. She made me feel like nothing was too much trouble for her and made the whole process not as stressful as it could have been!

Lost a week of a cruise due to staff incompetence.
Booked a two week cruise with you . I asked three times before are cruise is we needed and sort of visas and was told we didn’t need any . When we arrived at the cruise port we were not a loud on the ship because we hadn’t got an esta, so we were left at the port and had to find accommodation for a week until the ship came back a week later . This was at are own expense so we had to get money put in to my bank of my son as we were all inclusive on the ship and didn’t have enough cash .It is the first and last time I will book with hays travel as your staff obviously don’t no there job and have lost us £2.500 pounds for the week we lost on the cruise.

We were very sorry to hear about the awful situation you had on your cruise & tried to resolve this as much as we could to get you on the ship at the next available port. We totally understand your disappointment. Passports and visas are not the responsibility of the booking agent as things can change often when it comes to the advice of the FCDO. I tried to contact you a while ago to see if you were still able to call in with your ongoing complaint and hope we can help as much as possible with this.
