I recently booked with Hays Travel and received outstanding customer service from Georgia, who is an apprentice. She was friendly, professional, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble, and she made everything easy and stress-free for me.
Georgia went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and answered all of my questions with confidence and kindness. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her customers, and she is a real credit to Hays Travel.

Friendly, efficient and time-saving
The young lady who helped us (Jordan) was very friendly and helpful. We went in knowing where we wanted to go but not sure about how to get there, and within minutes had all our flights booked. We had previously looked online for flights but found it all rather daunting and Jordan put us completely at ease. We will definitely use Hayes again for any long-distance travel.

Excellent experience when booking a holiday

Dream Holiday
Travel Agent Daisy was very helpful in getting us the right trip. She was very professional and went out of her way to meet all of our needs. We felt very much at ease and are now looking forward to our amazing cruise next year to Japan.
