Great service
When I entered the establishment all agents were busy with clients, the lady behind the bureau de change came out and welcomed me and offered a beverage whilst I waited. Once an agent became free she was welcoming and pleasant. Listened to my requirements and set to work to accommodate them. This resulted in my booking the following day. I have not used Hays Travel before, though the welcome and service provided by well trained members of staff will ensure I will be back.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Have used Hays, Bebington severe times.
Called in to see if they could match or beat a Jet2 holiday I had found online.
Spoke to Lauren who I have dealt with previously.
The outcome was that she could match the price and I booked the holiday.
She enquired if I'd had good Christmas, wished me an enjoyable afternoon.
Very professional throughout the process.
I'd happily recommend friends and family to book through this office.

i was treated with respect the travel…
i was treated with respect the travel agent attending to me listened to what i wanted and she was very patient. a good deal was found but the agent carried on looking and found a better deal. overall once again i left Hays travel very pleased
