In knowing of Hayes Travel and never using their service. Having to use the Company via a friend I would have to say that my first experience was great. I would have to mainly commend 'Leanne' who offered her expertise, knowledge, time and patience providing all depts of information and service. Her assistance made my booking rewarding in making this booking and successful.
