Hays Travel - Bedford Avis 

I found the Bedford branch in a central location and was greeted in a calm, unhurried, friendly manner. Callum researched my requirements for a (first time) 55 day cruise with particular criteria promptly and gave much advice on cruising, such as life on board, excursions and which cabin type to choose, and its location on the ship. At no time did I feel rushed during the process and felt that he, and the staff, were interested in my vision and expectations of a cruise.

Came in with a head full of holidays and questions feeling total overwhelmed.Was greeted by Louise who helped sort out all our questions, worries and our preferences and booked us our amazing holiday .thank you so much very happy
