I cannot thank Katie and Terry enough…
I cannot thank Katie and Terry enough for the help in finalising our trip to Lanzerote .This time last week wed not even organised a holiday and within 1day katie had it all set up and Terry who was so pleasnt to talk to finalised everything.
As always your realibity and care was 100% .

Great Experience
What made my experience great was booking my holiday with Terry. This is the 3rd time I have booked with him. He was very professional and answered all my questions. He has a great personality and so easy to talk to.

Excellent service with a personal touch.
For those like me who like face to face service Hays travel is a perfect choice for booking a holiday. I was thankful for the time spent, no rushing through the process, and all my questions and advice were answered. Very professional staff with a relaxed atmosphere.

Defo could do better i booked kn messager paid the holiday straight away, use waiting 1hr 50mins to confirm, lost a free child place and had to pay an extra £175 remember don't advertise online if u can't take care of online booking a little better,

Hi, thanks for the review. The holidays we post are correct at that price at the time of the post and are subject to availability. I can see that the original date was gone and you were priced for the day after. Holidays are booked using a live pricing system. Unfortunately between you making the payment and the booking being made the price had went up. The lapse in time was due to customers being in store which meant that Katie was held up. Whilst uncommon this can happen. I am glad that Katie was able to provide you with some discount to keep the change in price as small as possible.

Another holiday booked
As always holiday booked with no fuss with Daniel he listens to what you want and delivers he goes above and beyond . I honestly can't recommend hays at park centre enough not only is Daniel very knowledgeable his staff are also very professional and friendly it's a pleasure going in to see the team
