Clare was extremely helpful, understood what we were looking for and very patient. Didn’t rush us with the booking and clearly explained everything.

We felt we were being treated extremely well, we told them what we were looking for.
They dealt with our requirements very well,and found us a great holiday.

I’ve never booked a holiday via a travel agent before but after my experience with Clare at the Belper branch I’l never book online again . Firstly , Clare was professional but more than that she was warm , friendly and accommodating.
For me however she had “ the personal touch’. There was no hard sell, she listened to my requirements and showed me what my options were and saved me money compared to the prices I’d seen online. What struck me most was this. Obviously Clare is in a sales led job but her interpersonal skills were way above what I’d expect . She was very relatable and when I explained I was booking this trip after a recent loss she was totally understanding and empathetic. Clare is clearly an asset to your company . If only all sales reps had this degree of customer service. Thank you Clare for listening to me and allowing me time to ventilate and taking the pressure away from trying to arrange a holiday by myself at this difficult time . Il be booking with you from here on in .

The ladies in the branch (Belper)couldn’t have been more helpful. Went in not knowing what cruise I wanted. They took lots of time showing and explaining various options to me. Nothing was to much trouble.
After deciding on my cruise, the booking was completed again with everything being explained to me.
Will definitely be back and would recommend anyone to visit the branch
