Very knowledgeable and helpful staff
Very knowledgeable and helpful staff, a pleasure to book our holiday with the girls at Berwick. A couple of years since we booked our last holiday and was nice to see familiar faces still there.

It's a long time since we been abroad so was bit nervous going in to book holiday but the we had no worries the staff were excellent very helpful measured us went thru everything with us Shani made us so at ease So all booked up and won't be last holiday we book Thanks to Shani think that's how her name was spelt

What I love about Hays travel is the continuity of the staff. Same staff that we booked with 2 years ago and they remembered us. First class service from the team in the Berwick store. Would never buy online again when you get this friendly service in store.
