As usual the experience was excellent we had a certain holiday in mind and they delivered. We will always use Hays for our holidays.

Hays Beverley is great, all the staff are really kind, very helpful in finding holidays for you especially Millie who has booked us numerous holidays. We have just booked Mauritius and sat with us while she rang the company providing this holiday, she sorted everything out, we were offered a drink too and turned the air con on for me too as I was really hot, nothing is too much trouble for this shop and we love booking our holidays with them. The prices are great too very competitive. All the staff are lovely

Initially we saw the holiday advertised in the shop window, called in to ask a couple of questions and we were met by a very welcoming member of staff who answered our questions fully with professionalism. We called in the next day and completed the booking.

We have looked many times in the window of Hays Travel Beverley but never actually went in but there were many holidays we were interested in. We recently finished with our apartment in Greece and decided to go to Hays Travel Beverley. We were not dissatisfied we go in May for a Cruise to Buda Pest only 5 days but looks perfect. We were well advised on the holiday and booked strait away. The lady was well versed on holidays and seemed to know exactly what we wanted. We will go in May 2026. We had interaction with every staff member, we were all laughing and joking. All the more impressive when you think they're having to work on a Saturday.

Whenever we have used Hays Travel we have always come away more than happy! The staff really want to help you find your perfect holiday and have done so for us on 4 occasions! The staff are so friendly, polite and extremely knowledgeable which they put to good use when advising on holidays and destinations etc. They are also full of hints and tips for when you’re travelling!
