I saw Anne on my first visit about an inclusive holiday in Mexico and she ran through the various options. As it was not quite within our budget, I went back to see her the following day to discuss an all inclusive adults only in Dominican Republic and Anne matched the online price and booked it for us

I went to Hays Travel Bexleyheath branch. I asked for & met with Franqui, she had booked my previous holiday to Benidorm. This time, I wanted to book a hotel/holiday in Madeira to Pestana Ocean Park All Inclusive Hotel. The whole booking experience with Franqui was excellent. She is professional, customer focussed, friendly & a credit to Hays Travel. I look forward to booking our next holiday with her.

I found Claire was extremely helpful & very welcoming. I'd been in previously to make enquiries as I knew which cruise & dates I wanted to book, but wasn't in a position to commit then.
