Normally deal with molly, who is just amazing however it was mollys day off so saw Adam who was equally as good as molly.. nothing was to much trouble.. used hays travel for our last 2 holidays to Cyprus and will definitely use again.

Nothing was too much trouble
Nothing was too much trouble for Molly.
It was a very tricky South American itinerary, which took a lot of time and attention.
But the perfect solution was found at the right price.
We are very happy with it.

We were served by Molly who booked our holiday for us She is very helpful with choosing which airport to fly from and also booking our parking in am not very good online so it was nice to have someone do it for us

Very helpful and listen to what we wanted to do when we went away, Adam was very understanding and polite, he gave us lots of choices of holiday destinations, and didn’t mind showing us all the hotels we liked, and given us the reviews, would definitely use them again.

Sharon was brilliant!
Sharon was very friendly and helpful, looked into everything for us and explained clearly what we should expect from our holiday. She made us feel reassured as she is very knowledgeable of the resort we are travelling to. Nothing was too much trouble and she took time to ensure that we were happy with our choice.
