Kiren really looked into finding the holiday we wanted even though it wasn't a package, until she packaged it altogether for us .

The Agent we dealt with, Hannah Marshall was attentive efficient and patient offering various options

Perhaps it could have been mentioned that if we paid for our currency by credit card we would incur a charge. Just an observation not a criticism

I usually book Hays on line always friendly and helpful, and cheaper than P&O great service W tickets and labels printed and delivered as we don’t have a printer, but unfortunately I though as we had a Hays in Biggleswade I would go to the agency and support the dwindling town shops, I had passports, Portunus cards, cruise number and cabin choice having checked availability on line before I went. The process took an hour with 3 staff no other customers, ( computer playing up, price matched with P & O I expected to pay less ) very frustrating I asked several times about labels and E tickets and assured they could be done, my husband called in 27/3 managed to get black and white labels but not E tickets ( computer was playing up) will try again this week, but future cruises will definitely be by phone to Hays.

Very helpful and good service exploring all options and providing the best value with great flight times.

Second booking with this branch are we will return !

I dealt mainly with Sienna to book a special holiday.
Sienna sent quotes within a day. We had a few telephone and email exchanges and then I popped into the shop.
I had a great experience. I was lucky it was quiet, I’d gone just before lunch. Sienna booked my holiday with all my criteria.
I also received advice and input from two travel colleagues, Karen and a newly appointed travel agent who had loads of personal experience that she shared with me.
It was a good experience resulting in me being confident with my original holiday booking and a new booking

Sienna was brilliant she set up my Ryanair account on my phone and is going to assist me with the check in in a few weeks when I return to purchase some euros. Can’t speak highly enough of Biggleswade staff.
