Best Hays Travel Branch - 5 star service every time
Have been using Hays Travel - Bilingham for years. The girls have always listened to what we are looking for in a holiday and always find us amazing deals for our holidays.
Recently our Caribbean Cruise had to be cancelled and another to Crete also needed to be cancelled due to a family injury. We called into branch and Charlotte and Gemma works together to move our Crete holiday to later in the year, we are now going to Tenerife instead to an amazing hotel and we were even able to rebook our Caribbean Cruise for next year on another Hays Exclusive. The team at Hays Travel - Billingham are an absolute asset to the company. Wouldn’t use another branch for our holidays

Very easy to find the holiday we wanted
Very easy to find the holiday we wanted. The staff are amazing and very knowledgeable and helpful. We struggled to find one ourselves but within a few minutes we were viewing holidays we hadn’t even considered. All booked up in less than an hour.
