Amazing
I went to hays travel Birkenhead branch, Helen was amazing, I walked in with a big list of needs and accommodations that I needed to be in place for my child, and within a very limited budget. I must have spent an hour or 2 in there while we looked at many places ruling out hotels and chalets and areas that just didn't tick enough of the boxes. Helen was just amazing, she was so very thorough and we did find a holiday that ticked every single box, which is very impressive considering the list of things I needed to be in place. Helen also helped arrange the travel insurance , and advised on the medical screening process with their insurance company I'm also very impressed with, I feel it was reasonably priced for covering our ages and medical conditions. All in all Helen made this holiday booking process a dream and I will definitely use hays travel again.
