All the team at Hays travel Birtley went above and beyond to help us. They Tailor make our holiday to Japan taking in all our requirements and made us feel at ease as they were all very polite and friendly whilst remaining professional at all times

We were greeted by Molly who was very helpful and once we decided on a destination she looked at all different ways to help keep to our budget. Ended up booking the holiday we wanted there and then so good.

All staff members were excellent giving both time and information to allow us to make an informed decision on our holiday destination.

The service I received from entering and leaving was first class. Felt comfortable and not stressed, no pressure to by buy anything extra ( insurance, currency, seats).

The agent was professional in the way the booking was dealt with, explaining everything, answering any questions I asked, ie airport parking and it was cheaper than the ones I had checked.

It is good way to start our holiday, hassle free, all within the budget,flights and seats,hotel and car parking.

We love using the Birtley shop as Molly is always attentive, taking down our holiday requirements and then a few days later giving us some options so that we can choose which option works for us. We did all the staff in Birtley to be friendly , helpful and they always return our calls .

Fantastic as always. Welcoming and professional staff for booking holidays, flights or sorting currency. Can’t single out member of staff - they are all amazing, know their customers and provide amazing in store and after care experience, taking all the stress out of planning.

as soon as I walked in the shop the girls were lovely i was served by Jill she put me at ease as I am going on holiday by myself for the first time .she was very helpful with choosing my holiday nothing was a bother to her so glad I went into hay's travel birtley and recomend it to everyone ..
