What can I say, the staff team are second to none, they are an asset to Hays travel. Soon as you walk through the door the atmosphere is very welcoming, and the staff have been trained to be very high standard and always go the extra mile. Imogen booked my Holiday she was fantastic.

Very friendly, courteous staff who handle any query with knowledge and professionalism.
Our second time of booking a cruise with Imogen at Birtley Hayes travel and every stage is handled efficiently and promptly,including the coach transfer down to Southampton, I would recommend Hayes to future travellers.
