Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. All of the staff in the Bishop Auckland shop are helpful and very friendly. We were in the shop for less than an hour and we booked a holiday.

Booked this year's holiday again with Hayes. This time Gabrielle arranged it for us.
As well as finding us the best deal possible, Gabrielle was very knowledgeable about our choice of destination and was even able to source a good deal for airport parking as well. Fantasic service, as ever.
The whole experience was excellent.

Becca quoted for some holidays but when I went into the shop we looked at other options and she spent time going through everything so we got what we wanted great service
