Helpful, friendly. I gave 4 stars because I found the same holiday online cheaper and had to bring my quote into the store. By this time the holiday had increased slightly

Very impressed with the service given
We found Olivia very helpful and she found us our ideal holiday. She answered all our questions and gave us lots of options to choose from. Explained everything fully once we chose and then when booked our holiday. Overall a very good experience.

Chloe was very helpful
Chloe was very helpful with my holiday request. Fortunately I knew which destination I wanted and the dates I required. She gave me 2 options and I chose Jet 2 holidays as their flight times suited my needs. I flown with Jet 2 for the last 3 years and it ensures my arrival before lunch and I return to the UK just after lunch 7 days later.
