Friendly and knowledgeable service.
Was able to sit with a consultant (Sam) as soon as we went into the store. Very straightforward process as we were looking to book the same holiday as we did in June. Friendly and knowledgeable service - very happy!

Booked holiday
We had the travel brochure with the holiday we wanted. The young man dealt with our request and booked it and printed the paperwork with no problem to us. Italy here we come in 2026.

Friendly competent and knowledgeable.
The staff were friendly, competent and knowledgeable. We were given several good offers, all within our budget and timeframe, and they were able to organise pickup, parking and insurance as well. We will definitely be using their services again.

Mollie was so welcoming
Mollie was so welcoming, smiley, friendly and very patient. Mollie listened carefully to our requirements (trains, hotels and cruise) and got back to us with a quote. She then listened again with our final queries before double checking. We booked with confidence and are looking forward to our holiday. Thanks Mollie

I was not able to see the first person…
I was not able to see the first person I spoke as she was celebrating her birthday.
But much appreciated that she had rang me to see if I was still going to book.
My booking was dealt with very efficiently,with plenty of help as I am not very good with new technology.
