Great staff at Hays Blaby.
The staff at Hays are very friendly and helpful.
8 of us booked our cruise holiday with Janine, she was extremely patient with us all and answered all our questions.
We didn't feel rushed at all just at ease about booking our first cruise, and we all left saying the same.
