Finlay led me through the cruise…
Finlay led me through the cruise booking system and he did a great job. A really nice guy nothing was to much trouble he answered all my questions effectively and with knowledge. He is highly recommended.

Brilliant
Olivia was brilliant helping us to pick the right holiday. Nothing was too much trouble and she spent a lot of time helping us to get the holiday just right with flights etc.

We always book our cruise holidays with Hays, the team are so professional but most important friendly and they always go above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need . We have a disabled son who's mobility is limited.The team make sure that everything we need is sorted out for us . Making it a stress free experience. We would personally like to thank Lorna and Finley for putting up with our non stop queries,and always putting our minds at rest . Excellent customer service.
