Friendly, knowledgeable service
Went into hays Blandford to get some ideas of where myself and my 15yr old son could go on holiday. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, trying to find the best deal using a variety of holiday companies. They take into account all of your requests. I ended up booking somewhere with an amazing deal. I will only book my holidays using this company from now. Alot cheaper than other companies. Thankyou

Excellent communication and fulfilment
Beth at Hays was so positive and immediately understood what I wanted, which was actually quite a modest (in spend) but fiddly holiday. She kept in regular touch and came up with an excellent plan and schedule that met all my requests.

Wasn’t sure where I wanted to go with 4 people but they were very patient even after the 4th visit, nothing was too much trouble and I was able to relax and express our wishes .

Smooth and easy booking.
We decided to go away for a week on a Wednesday evening having looked up some last minute holidays for the following Monday. Rather than book it online we went into our local Hays Travel branch in Blandford on the Thursday morning saying what we wanted to be booked. Less than an hour later we had the tickets in our hands along with our airport parking booked as well. Effortless and smooth is the best way of describing our experience.
