Gracie was very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely efficient! We haven’t booked with a travel agent for years as we book direct, but will certainly return to Hays Travel to book again.

Very helpful staff, Gracie was great and went through the booking process with no hard sell and showed us various options that would be best for us for the best price available.

I got seen straight away by Gracie ,She was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I booked the holiday and she arranged the airport parking .extremely happy with the whole process.

Rhona is amazing at her job! She helped us book 2 holidays to Kos - one very soon and the other for 2027. Despite actually being on the Bureau de Change, she managed to multitask! Went Sunday 31st to Look at Holiday and Booked a week in Rhodes with Great help from Jocleyn

The lady who did our booking was lovely however after paying a £500 deposit it turned out she had booked the wrong year. This resulted in a complete change of holiday . She apologised many times and I think she was embarrassed
