Warm Welcome
So far so good. I had a warm welcome when I entered the store at Bluewater and was greeted by Kathleen the branch manager. We had a chat about my destination and she negotiated a good deal with the travel company Just You.... and I booked the holiday.

My friends and I were looking to book a holiday, but we weren’t sure where to go, and we had a specific date and budget in mind. None of this was an issue for Rhona at Hayes Bluewater—her knowledge and experience were truly invaluable. She happily spent nearly three hours helping us find the perfect holiday.
We’re so grateful we chose Hayes, as Rhona’s customer service was incredible from start to finish. Thanks to her, we now have a holiday to look forward to that we simply wouldn’t have found on our own.
