We had a brilliant response booking our holiday we had decided on one holiday but unfortunately it wasn’t right for us the lady in the shop spent nearly an hour looking for the right holiday which ended up just what we wanted excellent service would alway use Hays Travel.

Booking at a sad time
Kelsey was an efficient and proactive agent, kniwing i had just heard that my much younger brother had died abroad.
She dealt with my uncertain manner very professionally.
I had forgotten that I like to order lighter food on a long flight and Kelsey asked for my preference; much appreciated.
