Bootle out performed themselves again!!!!
Despite once again having a long list of requirements to book our next holiday, Lisa at Bootle was so helpful and ensured that we ticked every item on our requirement list despite it being quite difficult at times she maintained a friendly and professional service continually throughout our visit.
I would not hesitate in recommending this store to book your holidays. We weren’t pushed to buy things we didn’t want which was also helpful. We got our holiday slightly above our budget but that was OUR choice as we wanted a little bit better hotel. There were plenty under our budget as well.
Thank you so much for your assistance and we will be back for our next one.

Went in yesterday to book a holiday
Went in yesterday to book a holiday. All staff were friendly - Jonny was who I booked with. He was very patient, I was there for quite a while and other customers came in whilst I was there and the staff we lovely to them all. It only took a while because we had to sort out separate flights and a tour but Jonny was happy to spend the time getting everything sorted out properly.
