Sarah at Braehead
Sarah at Braehead, Renfrew, was very patient with my daughter and me when we were booking our first cruise. We fancied a cruise to the fjords but so few of these leaving from Scotland to suit our dates in May. Wouldn't dream of making our way to Southampton to sail North again! So decided on a Med. cruise. Glasgow to Palma to join ship then some interesting ports of call. Fingers crossed. Thank you, Sarah. You went above and beyond and I'm sure you must've missed your lunch break!

Jocelyn was absolutely brilliant
Jocelyn was absolutely brilliant , attending to our every needs , my wife is disabled and needs extra assistance at the airport , and Jocelyn made sure everything would be in place to make sure this would be as easy and stress free as possible , which will go along way to making our holiday the excellent experience it should be
