Hays Travel - Braehead Avis 

Stopped in a Hays Braehead and we were met by Dianne, who was extremely welcoming and when we were discussing our own plans and expectations for a holiday, she was so relaxed, making us feel extremely comfortable. Dianne was extremely knowledgeable and was able to use this to compare our previous experiences abroad with a similar booking by to help us vision what we would be getting. The whole experience of booking from start to finish was great. Dianne even asked if we wanted to go away and think about the booking before committing to anything. Fantastic experience.

As this is my first cruise the agent explained everything and made my decision to go ahead with the booking easy. The service was first class. Would definitely use Hays again.

I did a quick visit to Braehead Hays travel to be welcomed by Michaela. I told Michaela I was just asking about a couple of options for a weeks holiday for a specific date. She was extremely helpful and found a choice of three destination to suit my requirements. I informed Micheala that I would return when I discuss choices with my friend. Micheala was so patient and helpful. When returning to Braehead Hays travel a few days later with my friend to book the chosen holiday, we wete welcomed by Sarah. Sarah was absolutely wonderful talking us through some other holidays that she had taken time to look at for us. She was really a lovely girl who looked after us so well. We booked our holiday with the reassurance that that we were able to return tp have our documuments printed out for us. Thank you for your lovely staff.

Very helpful finding best deals that suited us

My Agent Sarah was friendly she sought out the right holiday within my request and my budget and helped me with getting insurance and explained everything clearly nothing was too much trouble and she ensured the booking process went smoothly .

Lauren, at Braehead, was very helpful, very pleasant and no pressure. We went away with a choice of two breaks, sat and had a coffee, looked more closely at them and made our decision. We went back to the shop and Lauren had a look and was able to get it slightly cheaper if we went 5 days later. She then had us booked in a few minutes with information on what would happen next and that was us.

We always use Hays Travel Breahead as the staff are all lovley very helpful and friendly. Won't book our holiday anywhere else.
