Great local travel agent
Great customer service. We called in to get quotes for a holiday to Canada. Karly was very helpful and knowledgeable. She put us at ease and answered our many questions.

Absolutely outstanding service
Absolutely outstanding service from Jackie and her colleagues. we had recently booked a cruise with Jackie for a P and O cruise in October.
Jackie found an issue with the departure airport and the returning airport. Jackie quickly informed us of this issue and how we could resolve this. Jackie and her colleagues worked tirelessly to find us a cruise which used the same airport for departure and return.
i would highly recommend using Hays travel in Bridgend branch, where they would do their utmost, to find you a great holiday.

We were made to feel welcome, the lady taking our booking was very helpful and took time to make sure we had what we wanted. I am sorry I did not take her name. We will be going back again for all our future's holidays.

Holiday booking experience
Called in to get some prices from different tour operators then returned the following day to book the holiday. Gemma was very helpful and friendly when checking prices for us.My only complaint was as we were finishing off the paperwork etc she started to to talk to another customer that was booking a holiday with another colleague and I felt we were 'dismissed ' .I actually asked 'is that everything?' As she was still chatting as she handed us he paperwork.Just felt it was a little unprofessional.
