Georgina was Fantastic
Georgina was polite, knowledgeable, helpful and we ended up booking a much better holiday and a holiday of a lifetime than just a short holiday, and for more of us than planned, as she was patient and used her knowledge and experience to find an affordable deal. She answered all our questions and the booking information given was great. The deposit was taken and debit set up really easily also. Definitely recommend. Thank you x

EXPERIENCE
Have been booking holidays with Lays for a number of years. Staff are always welcoming, warm and helpfull. Not sure what your looking for theyl help you find it. You can spread the cost which is a massive bonus for customers on a tight budget. Will continue using Hays Travel now and in the future.

The two advisers I dealt with were excellent. Took time to listen to what we wanted and found just what we needed for the whole family.

Simple went above and beyond
Simple went above and beyond. The staff there including the manager who pulled out all the stops to get the holiday we wanted. We had a few barriers adding an extra person, but they were brilliant and very supportive in getting it all sorted.
