Annabelle was extremely good. Very friendly and knowledgeable she went to great lengths to find what we wanted and Annabelle also helped our friends who phoned up to book after we had told them.

Christian was fantastic
Christian was fantastic. My partner and I knew we wanted a holiday but didn't have a clue on where we wanted to go. Christian had patience, asked great question to narrow it down then made excellent recommendations which resulted in us booking with him. The process was very straight forward.
I'm hard of hearing, Christian spoke very clearly which made it easy for me to lip read which I really appreciate.

Wonderful friendly and helpful staff
Wonderful friendly and helpful staff. Took time to find out just what we wanted and what dates suited. No hassle booking and if any glitches then worked through those with us step by step. Made sure our needs were met regarding minor mobility issues. Did not rush us and made sure we were happy with all arrangements. We could not fault the service we received and would happily recommend Hays Travel.

Lovely place with lovely staff
The place was extremely busy, but all the staff managed to remain calm, collected and polite. They gave a very good service under stressful conditions.
