This was my first experience of booking a holiday abroad and a cruse . Hays Travel were really helpful and went through each stage , l felt confident and assured that every stage was sorted and in place . Now looking forward to an amazing cruse in the Norwegian fiords . Hays Bridport - Everyone I spoke to in choosing our holiday to Mexico was friendly and helpful especially Kayleigh who helped us whittle down many options and get to our chosen holiday to riveria maya mexico. Kayleigh was friendly knowledgable and helpful and offered lots of different information offering to price up various destinations. understanding our budget and requirements for holiday- adding on special assistance ( complicated and specific needs for our group of 2 family’s ) etc in a friendly manner . Offered support and security booking a holiday in current climate which is very important to us thank you for your help so far 🩵
