Walked in off the street
Walked in off the street. No wait. Staff very helpful and patient. In less than an hour we were on our way, holiday booked and paid for. The agent that attended to us was called Ally. She was very professional and polite. We have used Hays before and have always been impressed irrespective of the Branch we have visited.
