Excellent, personal, focussed, well priced travel!
Rachel and the team always listen and know what is required of a holiday.
Sensitive about price and will offer any available deals with the operators, such as Jet2.
Great service, very helpful and will go the extra mile.
The FX always offers a good exchange rate also.

Our travel consultant Ellen (Brighouse branch) was absolutely fantastic. We were with her for a couple of hours, while she organised our three week- customised trip to Italy. There was nothing wanting, she was very pleasant, easy to talk to, very knowledgable & a consummate professional. Ellen managed our tour brilliantly, talked us through insurance, money & our personal needs. Well done Hayes Travel for employing such a knowledgeable, caring & super lady.

Kept up to date with all issues with air line attempts made try find a solutions ended up re booking another trip as was so good did. It fell pushed into booking another trip and met all the point we needed highly recommended
