As always Hays Travel have delivered. Lindsay was so helpful finding out the details and securing us the accommodation we wanted for a special trip planned for a special birthday. She kept me informed of what was happening and nothing was too much trouble.

I have never booked a holiday in a travel agent before but Emma made it so much easier than doing it at home. She made it so easy, from booking the holiday, parking and overnight hotel before the flight. She thought of everything, so all we have to do is pack our bags and go.

River cruise looking fwd to another fab holiday
Lindsey is so professional and knowledgeable, makes everything easy for us. We could not book the holiday we wanted but with her help found another in minutes and got everything we wanted. After all was completed she told us of a new destination flying from Bournemouth and we have decided to book that later this year. I have no doubt all the staff in the branch are equally professional, all our latest holidays have been with you and I see no point in changing a winning formula
