Andrew and Hannah were great!
I spoke to Andrew initially and he was very knowledgeable about resorts which fit my requirements. He equipped me with some information, which I took away to read. I returned the following day to book and spoke to Hannah, who was incredibly professional and reassuring and she talked me through the booking process. Other members of staff in the branch were also very friendly and knowledgable.

Very happy with efficient and helpful assistance.
I visited your Bromsgrove shop after having a telephone conversation the previous day with Natalie. Unfortunately Natalie was busy with another customer but Morgan was able to find my details and assist me most efficiently. I was happy to proceed with my booking especially as Morgan was able to source a £100 discount for me.

Excellent price for Worldwide Travel Insurance from Demi
My partner and I had been shopping around for an annual worldwide travel insurance policy for quite some time, struggling to find the right cover at a reasonable price. Demi Barratt was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process.
Demi was able to source a policy that included cruise cover, which we specifically needed for our Mediterranean cruise on P&O’s Azura in October and our Caribbean cruise on P&O’s Britannia in February. Although the policy was around £50 more than what we paid with Hays Travel two years ago, Demi still managed to secure a quote that was £150 cheaper than anything we had found online.
Communication was excellent from start to finish. Demi kept us fully updated on prices and clearly advised who we needed to contact regarding pre-existing medical conditions before the policy was issued. Everything was explained clearly and professionally, making the whole process stress-free.
Thank you, Demi, for such outstanding service. Highly recommended.
